Sin city trailor analysis

Narrative:
The film is primarily based on the first, third, and fourth books in Miller's original comic series. The Hard Goodbye is about a man who embarks on a brutal rampage in search of his one-time sweetheart's killer, killing anyone, even the police, that gets in his way of finding and killing her murderer. The Big Fat Kill focuses on a street war between a group of prostitutes and a group of mercenaries, the police, and the mob. That Yellow Bastard follows an  police officer who protects a young woman from a grotesquely disfigured serial killer. 

Character:
It has a typical film noir characters such as a mysterious, sexy lady who has the attention from a man on a mission. There are villains and women that are no good. it has mainly the men in charge and women there as their back ups.

Iconography:
It has typical features of a film noir such as a women with red lips that looks alluring to men. Its all in black in white yet makes certain colours such as red lips stand out. Also its got a old city settings in a wine bar. And also guns and villains.

Setting:
It starts with a man in his apartment having the police after him. Then jumps to him being in a wine bar. it also shows them in empty warehouses and near river sides.
